When speaking with potential or current clients who have used security before, there is usually at least one thing security isn’t doing right and it’s always the same story. The manager says, “They said they were going to do all of these things and they did for about the first 3 months. But, then I noticed no one was coming to the property anymore to check in with me and the service rapidly declined…”
At Bravo Three we believe operating a security firm is simple… do what you say you’re going to do. That’s it. It’s really not that hard, especially if you care about your brand and the service it delivers to it’s clients.
The Binding Principle
Proper execution is the binding principle that holds the diamond together. Accountability systems, Customer Service policies, and a desire to provide a consistent service for the long-term is great, but without proper execution of our core competencies, it’s just talk.
Bottom line, if we say we’re going to do it, it’s going get done. And not only will it get done, we’ll make sure you are 100% sure it gets done. At the same time, we’ll make sure it happens at the same high standard for as long as you remain a client of Bravo Three’s, and we’ll make sure you are happy.
